Responsibilities:
Responsible of daily operation job running well and on time and being done correctly based on flow of
The process and the system.
Prepare for the PIB & PEB
Do the Custom Clearance in custom
Arrange for Pick up and Delivery of the shipment
To ensure keep the record /file properly and check list being complete
Check shipping and supporting documents of each shipment with no mistake
Requirements:
Male / Female
Age max. 30 years old
Diploma degree from reputable university (preferable STMT) with min. GPA: 3.00.
Min. 1 years experience as an Import & Export Operation for Air freight in Forwarding or Logistic Company.
Able to using PIB & PEB EDI system
Able in INSW system
Familiar with custom regulation & document of export process for Ocean freight.
Familiar handle for Personal effect and exhibition shipment.
Holding a PPJK Certificate would be an advantages
Good verbal & written communication in English & Indonesia.
Computer Literate, specially for MS. Office
Good Interpersonal and communication skills, problem solving, able to work under pressure, independent, proactive and having good initiative
Will be placed in RIAU
